Off We Go!!!

Tomorrow is mine and Darin's 3rd wedding anniversary and for the first time since we've been married (including our honeymoon) we actually are going to do something for our anniversary. After reading Meghan's blog about The Armstrong Mansion, I decided to check it out for myself. I went online and they still had the special where you buy one night and get the second night free. So we are finally doing something and I can't even explain to you how excited I am. Thanks to Maren, for watching Star and our new kitty (I'll do a post on her later) I get to go enjoy myself and my husband and just RELAX. So farewell my friends....Aren't you jealous???

Hy and I have been married 8 years this December, and we only did something on our honeymoon, and that was just a night at the anniversary inn and some nights at budget hotels. Our anniversaries have never been more than just dinner out, if that. Oh, once we stayed at a Holiday Inn suite since our friend was the manager and we got it for the price of a regular room, but that's not much. It's hard to do anything with kids and no one to really watch them, and bad weather, and tight funds. Oh well. Maybe we'll do something for our 10 year. I don't mind though, because Hy and I aren't really big on celebrating holidays properly anyway. We're too forgetful and procrastinate too much. Hope you have tons of fun!
