Well, he fits his name! He looks like Rocky Balboa in several of those pictures...after a fight. Mine always look pretty beat up the first day though too. He definitely looks like his daddy, only light haired. And he has the red spot on his eyelid just like Kiersa did. I thought it would be a birthmark, but it goes away. He looks adorable in the bundled pics with hats. I can't wait to see his pictures tomorrow, because that's when you can actually see what the baby will look like without all the damage from the birth canal. I think he'll be sweet. And the third strawberry blonde in the Johnson clan! Kiersa is strawberry blonde now and as Paisli's hair lightens, it looks like she'll follow in Kiersa's footsteps. He may be even redder than my girls because mine started out pretty dark first, then turned light after a couple months (when I shave their heads and only their new hair is visible, not their dark baby hair). I've never had a baby start out so light haired!
I seriously think he's darling! I think he's soooo cute! I do think it's a little early for the soda, though! ;) ha, ha Tiny! And adorable! Congratulations!
Im so sorry we havnt been up to see you and rocky yet. I have not been doing too well lately. The first couple of days I wasnt too sore or tired and thought oh this is going to be easy...yeah now I want to cry every time I move. Seriously is breast feeding supposed to hurt to the point of tears? Marlee has been so perfect for me while I am recovering. She only cries when she is hungry or has gas, until today. She decided she wanted to start eating every hour and only one side and ugh today has been a challenge! hopefully by the end of the week when David isnt working I will feel up to coming up there. We can be in pain together....your in pain right? or are you that lucky it doesnt hurt you either!?
I am a stay at home mom of my neworn, my 2 yr old baby girl and two older children. My days consist of cleaning, laundry, watching kids, ususally more then just my own, and hopefully going to the rec center with the family to either swim, ice skate, and usually work out. I love my family and the life that I now have. My husband is my rock, my world, my best friend and I would be nothing without him. He has truly shown me what happiness really is and the real feeling it means to be in love. Darin you are wonderful for so many different reasone!!! I'm proud to be your wife!
