The Ghost at Plymouth Castle

Daylon was in a play at school this last week of school and it was a Shakespere Play called "The Ghost at Plymouth Castle. He was in one of the two lead roles as Dr. Dodson. I had to put him on my blog because he looked so handsome in his costume. When he takes off his hat everyone kept telling him that he looked like Dr. Phil.

They were hiding behind the desk so they could sneak in the window to find the ghost. Them jumping over the table, the other character fell. Trying to hide behind the chairs.

Wow what a handsome lad he is.

Trip to Grandma Fishers

Darin's Grandma is about 87 now and still lives by herself in her home out in Holladay. Unfortunatly she can't drive and only get's places when one of her daughters help her out. So we have been trying to visit her on a weekly basis. The one thing my kids always remember about going to grandma Fishers is that she always has a freezer full of many different kinds of creamies. So Me, Hali, and Starlett went to visit her today and we all drove home with our creamies. I gave in and let Starlett have one even though I knew it would make for a fun mess for me to clean up. Oh well, you gotta enjoy life. We love you grandma Fisher and love spending time with you and visiting with you.

She came over for Sunday dinner when we had Forrest and Olga over and there girls. I don't think she knew what to think because of all the kids and noise and comotion. And here comes the creamies. One of the best parts of going to Grandma's house. Yummy. This picture was so cute because I pulled my camera out trying to be sneaky but she saw me and this is actually her saying "cheese" while she won't even look at me, she knew what I was doing. Dang her. She is still so cute though.

Kangaroo Zoo

Tuesday Daylon came home from school informing me that he had a birthday party to go to that started in 30 minutes. Not only that but I had to stay and supervise. So because I had Rain and Hali I thought, what the heck, we'll go and have fun too. And that we did. This place ended up being really cool and adults are allowed on them too so more fun for me. All in all it was alot of fun minus my two elbow burns, Rain's face getting stepped on, and Hali getting swatted with the plastic bat. No wonder they make you sign a waiver before they'll help you do anything else.
There was also miniature golf and it was Neon so everything white glowed, but of course, after one or two pictures my blasted battery went dead. I hate that. So there are a few good ones with my camera and the rest are on my phone which are horribe but I'd figure I'd post them anyway so here they are.

Memorial Day Weekend

Susan, Tyler, Bailey, Whitnee, Anna, Hali, and Mayghan came to town for Memorial Day weekend so we had alot of fun the whole weekend. Saturday a bunch of us went swimming and rock climbing at the Rec Center and hung out at my house the whole day.

Whitnee and Anna only got to spend the morning with us because Saturday afternoon they flew out to California to spend a month with there dad. These are pictures of them getting ready to go and us hanging out.

Sunday we all went to my mom's house for a picnic but first we stopped and put flowers on my dad's grave. The headstone is now up and it looks beautiful. Thank you Tammy. It was hard but it was nice. We all miss him so bad. Dad, we are always thinking of you and missing you so bad. We love you and know that you are there with all of us.
